The MB9B610/510/410/310/210/110 high-performance 32-bit Cortex-M3 MCUs are designed for processor-intensive system controllers and communications systems and feature a two-channel 10/100 Ethernet MAC, along with multiple CAN and USB interfaces. The devices operate at up to 144 MHz and have up to 1 Mbyte high-speed flash and up to 128 Kbytes of RAM.
The ICs have up to three 8-channel A/D converters and up to three multi-function timers with capture/compare and waveform generation. They come in LQFP176, LQFP144, and BGA192 packages and operate on 2.7 to 5.5 V. (From $7.88 ea/small volume — samples available now.)
