The 1,700 to 2,200 MHz F1150 and F1152 RF to IF dual mixers offer an output IP3 of 40 and 43-dBm, respectively, making them ideal for multi-carrier, multi-mode cellular systems found in 4G wireless base stations. They feature an Icc current of 235 mA and a supply voltage of 5 V. The mixers are claimed to reduce power consumption by over 40% versus standard mixers
Both devices improve IM3 distortion by over 15 dB. The IDT F1150 (high-side injection) and F1152 (low-side injection) are available in a 36-pin 6×6 mm QFN package.(Contact company for pricing — available now)
