Available in a low-profile 2-mm-high eSIP-7F (L package), LinkSwitch-PPH LED driver ICs fit into small spaces behind LED circuit boards and other height-constrained environments. The L package features a heat transfer tab on top of the device that is electrically quiet. The devices retain the same thermal and electrical performance available in 10-mm-high E package devices.
The single-stage, primary-side-controlled LED driver ICs feature >90% efficiency and >0.9 power factor, and eliminate electrolytic bulk capacitors and opto-isolators. They are suitable for high-reliability industrial, commercial, and exterior solid-state lighting applications and designs from 4 W to 55 W.
