TCXO for GPS apps comes in tiny size

Measuring 2.5 x 2.0 x 1.0-mm, the FOX922-GP series TCXO oscillators target GPS applications. The series is available in six supply voltage options ranging from 1.8 to 3.3 V (±5% standard) for increased adaptability to any platform.

Standard frequencies for the new TCXO oscillators range from 16.367667 to 38.400 MHz with ten varieties offered. The parts also offer a a tight stability of up to ±0.5 ppm across –30° to 85°C. Phase noise at 16.369 MHz with 10-kHz offset is typically –147 dBc/Hz. Aging per year is only ±1.0 ppm, and initial frequency tolerance at 25°C after two reflows is ±2.0 ppm.
