The expansion of the TIP400 series of 400-W 3 x 5-in. power supply switchers includes a 48-V output model with >90% efficiency. The supply series feature an I2C digital interface for networking and data storage applications.
The power supply includes universal ac-input with active PFC, current share with OR-ing diodes, ac/dc OK, remote on/off, and over-temperature signals. Options include a 5-VSB at 1 A and a cover with an integrated end-mount fan. All units are RoHS 6/6 compliant and safety qualified for cTUVus EN60950-1 and CE Mark (LVD) with reliability >500 khrs.
