Encapsulated medical supplies provide 5, 10 W
The VSKM ac/dc power supply series targets medical applications. They are vailable in 5 W and 10 W configurations, and are housed in an encapsulated package with pins for direct PCB mounting. The 5-W units have a 2.00 x 1.00-in. footprint and the 10-W models measure 2.10 x 1.12-in. They suit medical, home healthcare and dental applications, and carry UL/cUL 60601-1 safety certifications, EN55011 class B EMI compliance.
The ac/dc supplies offers universal input (85-264 Vac) and is available in output voltages of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, and 24 Vdc. They have a nominal leakage current of 100 µA at 230–Vac input. The supplies feature overcurrent and short circuit protection, and have a primary-to-secondary isolation voltage of 4,000 Vac.
