App covers LPDDR3 std/non-std testing

Designed for engineers who work on smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other consumer electronics, the U7231B test application provides low-power double-data-rate 3 (LPDDR3) physical-layer compliance measurements. In addition to accelerating turn-on and debug of standard LPDDR3-based systems, the tool — which runs on Infiniium 9000, 90000A, and 90000 X-Series oscilloscopes with LPDDR3 BGA probes — also suits engineers working with nonstandard operating speeds and voltages.

App covers LPDDR3 std/non-std testing

Providing automated testing capabilities for clock, electrical, and timing tests, the app automatically configures the scope for each test and generates an HTML report at the test’s end. The report compares results with the specified test limits and indicates how closely the device passes or fails each test. ($4,200. or $2,000 for U7231A DDR3 test app upgrade available now.)
