Ideal for test equipment, switching matrix, and electronic warfare applications, the HMC986 wideband GaAs pHEMT MMIC SPDT switch die employs a reflective topology and is controlled with two complementary inputs of 0/3 to 0/5 V. With an input signal at 40 GHz, the HMC986 exhibits 20-dB return loss, 31-dB isolation, and only 1.9-dB insertion loss.
Additional features include a wideband performance of 0.1 to 50 GHz and a fast switching speed of 10 ns. Die size measures 0.98 x 0.75 x 0.1 mm. ($84.77 ea/1099 available now.)
