Motor controller module handles 3-axis

The M* motor controller module is built around a Magellan MC52320 motion controller, a Blackfin DSP, and an Altera FPGA and is available on VME 64D3, 64DP3 and 64E3 or cPCI 75D4 multi-function platforms. It can be configured to control up to three motors, for full three-axis control.

The M* module supports DC brush, brushless DC, and step motors with control feedback inputs for either hall sensor, A-QUAD-B, or resolver. The module has I/O for motor limits, home, fault, and motor enable and it has a 12-channel A/D converter and a three-channel current measurement function.
