IF/RF quad demodulator runs over 20-250 MHz

Operating from a 20 to 250-MHz range, the CMX970 IF/RF quadrature demodulator is claimed to offer a low power consumption. It offers variable gain and dc offset adjustment, and a serial bus or direct control operation.

Housed in a 16-pin VQFN package, the part also features 10-MHz I/Q bandwidth and a 3.0 to 3.6-V operation. (Contact company for pricing available now)
