Three 3G platforms using Cortex A9 cores enable handset OEMs to affordably deliver a premium Android 4.0 experience across multiple smartphone product tiers. The BCM21654G features a 7.2/5.8-Mbit/s HSPA modem and low-power VGA video support.
The BCM28145 and BCM28155 include dual cores and 21/5.8-Mbit/s HSPA+ modems with HD 720p or 1080p video, respectively, and a full audio subsystem. All three chips use an advanced, low-power 40-nm process. (Price not given — production 2nd half.)
