The Z termination line of miniature, high reliability chip resistors ranges in size from 0402 (0.040 x 0.020 in.) to 2512 (0.025 x 0.025 in.), with tolerances from 0.1%, power ratings from 50mW to 1500mW temperature coefficients of resistance as low as 25ppm, and voltage ratings from 30volts to 200V. The operating range for these resistors is from –55° to 125°C. A gold-over-nickel finish can be attached with solder, conductive epoxy, or gold wire bonds.
Reliability is ensured by such in-house testing options as standard product, Mil-PRF 55342 established reliability (R or S level), or space level to Mil-PRF-55342 “T” product level. Custom testing is also available. High-reliability applications include medical electronics, defense systems, microwave communications, aerospace electronics, and satellite systems.
