Low cost supplies meet ErP specs

The MPM-04E series of low-cost, single and dual output 4W ac/dc power supplies meet the requirements of the ErP directive. Ten standard models operate from a universal input of 85 to 264 Vac, providing regulated outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 14, 15, 24, +5/+3.3, +12/+5, ±12 or ±15 Vdc.

Standard features of the power supply series include filtering to EN55022 Class B, I/O isolation of 3–kVac, and line/load regulation. All models are protected for over-load, over-voltage, and short-circuit faults. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) of the MPM-04E series is greater than 330 kh. The MPM-04E has a Class II input (IEC61140) so it can be used without an earth ground connection. All models are approved to EN 60950 and are compliant to the Energy Star specification & ErP directive 2009/125/EC. The operating temperature range of –25° to +60°C (ambient).
