X-band HIC offers high gain and power

The TGM9398-25 gallium nitride (GaN) hybrid IC (HIC) is optimized for high gain and power and targets transmitter and receiver modules (TRMs) used in radar applications. This X-Band hybrid IC operates in the 9.3 to 9.8 GHz range, and has output power at 1 dB of 25 W, or 44.0 dBm (typ.), linear gain of 25dB (typ.), and power added efficiency of 35%.
