All problems with the economy and job market aside, what if you could hand-pick the tech company you want to work for? Who would you choose — Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft?

These are, obviously, the popular choices, but a lot of other companies out there know how to treat their employees the right way while still turning out great new products and ideas.

Glassdoor.com and Business Insider recently put together a top-notch report that lists the 25 best-of-the-rest tech companies worth bringing your talents to. Yes, the popular ones are all in there, but there are a few who made the list that might raise your eyebrows.

All rankings and ratings are based on culture, lifestyle, and what one can learn while working there. What’s really important to note is that all of the data used comes from reports gathered within the last 12 months, meaning these are the best companies to work for right now — in 2012.
