The ML610Q792 8-bit low-power microcontroller is optimized for sensor hub applications in cell phones and includes a 16-bit multiplier/divider co-processor, 64 Kbytes of flash, and 4 Kbytes of RAM. The chip has a three channel 12-bit successive approximation A/D converter and a 29 channel interrupt controller.
The 3.1 x 3.0 mm WL-CSP48 packaged IC takes 2.0 mA max at 4 MHz and 16 uA max in halt mode. It has a 6-channel 8-bit auto reload timer and single SPI and I2C ports. ($3.73 sample price – 6 weeks ARO.)
