Open-frame 40-W supplies offer small size

The MPO-40S series of 4 x 2 in. 40-W open frame ac/dc power supplies feature eight standard models. They operate from a 90 to 264-Vac input, provide regulated single outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 13.8, 15, 24, or 48 Vdc. Standard features include filtering to EN55022 Class B, compliance to EN 61000-4, and line/load regulation.

The open-frame supplies are protected for over load, and short circuit faults. The MTBF (per MIL HDBK 217F) is >400 khours. All models are approved to EN 60950. The operating temperature range extends from –10° to +70°C (ambient). The supplies suit industrial/commercial applications requiring small size. Dual and triple output models are also available.
