VCO operates from 1,662 to 1,708 MHz

Ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, the CVCO33BE-1662-1708 VCO operates from 1,662 to 1,708 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. Additional features include a typical phase noise of –106 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of typically 2 dBm.

Housed in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the VCO also offers and input voltage of 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 5.0 MHz and 5.0 MHz/V, respectively, while second-harmonic suppression is –15 dBc typ. (Contact company for pricing — available now.)
