RF switches handle up to 100 W

The SKY12207-478LF, SKY12208-306LF, and SKY12210-478LF SPDT silicon-based PIN diode switches operate over 0.9 to 4.0 GHz, 0.02 to 2.7 GHz, and 0.9 to 4.0 GHz, respectively. These 4 x 4 mm, 16-pin quad flat no lead packaged devices feature a low insertion loss of 0.4 dB, a high isolation of 44 dB, a power handling of 50 and 100 W and superb linearity with low dc power consumption.

The parts support diverse market applications including TD-LTE infrastructure base stations, repeaters and low frequency military/microwave UHF and UVF radios.
