Fast, reliable 240 Gbyte SSD is low cost

The 240 GByte member of the 330 Series of solid state disk drives features reliable 25 nm MLC NAND flash, a 6 Gbyte/s SATA interface, and low cost. The drives fast read speeds of up to 500 Mbytes/s and write speeds of up to 450 Gbytes/s aid high performance apps.

The 2.5 inch form factor drives have a 1.2 million hours MTBF. Power consumption is 850 mW typical and 600 mW typical in idle. ($194, 240 Gbytes – available now.)
