The XceedIOPS2 SATA 6 Gbit/s SSD leverages 24 nm enterprise multi-level cell NAND flash and powerful error correction and detection firmware. The drives deliver up to 520 Mbytes/s of sequential read/write speed and up to 60,000/40,000 random read/write IOPS and are available in both 1.8 and 2.5 inch form factors.
The unit comes in 50 to 400 Gbyte capacities with data reliability of less than 1 unrecoverable error in 1018 bits read. It features AES-256 encryption, data fail recovery, advanced thermal management features, and high reliability back-up power circuitry and takes 1800 ma active and 500 ma idle (typical).
