The NCV7381 single-channel FlexRay transceiver IC is capable of data transfer speeds up to 10 Mbits/s. Conforming fully with FlexRay specification Rev. 3.0.1, the device has differential transmit and receive capabilities.
The RoHS-compliant SSOP-16 packaged device offers low power operation and a low power mode receiver that allows remote wake-up detection. It is capable of running from a 5.5 to 50 V battery supply and has an operational temperature range of -40° to 125°C. ($1.60 ea/2,000 — samples available now.)
