VCO features phase noise of –102 dBc/Hz

The RoHS compliant VCO USSP1217-LF (L-band) operates at 1,210 to 1,230 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 3.0 Vdc. It features a phase noise of –102 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset while operating off a 3.3-Vdc supply and typically drawing only 13 mA of current.

Output power is 3±3 dBm (into a 50 Ω load) while operating over –40° to 85°C. Housed in the standard USSP package measuring a mere 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.06 in, the part suppresses the second harmonic to better than –13 dBc and covers the frequency range with a tuning linearity of better than 1.1:1.(Contact company for pricing and availability)
