The KLMCG8GE2A-A00x 64 Gbyte eMMC (embedded multimedia card) Pro Class 1500 features sequential data reads at up to 140 Mbytes/s and writes at up to 50 Mbytes/s. For random reading and writing, it can process up to 3500/1500 IOPS, four times the speed of previous eMMC solutions.
The 169-ball BGA eMMC module is 12 x 16 mm and includes a high performance controller and intelligent flash management firmware. The device supports the latest JEDEC e-MMC v4.5 specification with the SDR-200 interface (200 MHz, 200 Mbytes/s max bandwidth), cache handling, dynamic handling, file sanitizing, and power-off notification.
