The AHP-6200 family of thermoelectric air conditioners provide the highest performance commercially available cooling performance at 5,200 BTU/hr in its 240-Vac configurations. The air conditioners include a temperature control design that limits the need for active cooling when it’s not needed. It uses passive cooling when the enclosure reaches 25°C and active cooling begins when the enclosure reaches 35°C. Active heating begins when the enclosure temperature drops to 10°C.
The air conditioners have a low profile with high air-flow fans and high fin-density heat sinks, and absorb condensation and transport it to the hot side, where it gets evaporated into the ambient. The units are available with industrial–grade or military–grade sealed fans. (Contact company for price and availability.)
