The HVI Series of high-voltage SMT chip resistors is suitable for high voltage applications. Offered in sizes 0402 to 2512, and with values to 1 GΩ and tolerances to 1%, the resistors feature a nickel barrier layer for excellent solder leach resistance and proprietary thick-film architecture. These features allow the 2512 size to withstand a continuous 3 kV and overload of 4 kV.
