6-channel switch routes PCIe Gen 3/DisplayPort

The NCN3612B 6-channel differential SPDT switch routes PCI Express Gen3 and/or DisplayPort 1.2 signals up to 8 Gbits/s. The device features ultra-low on-state capacitance of 2.1 pF typ and on resistance of 8 Ω typ.

The IC comes in a space saving 5 x 11 x 0.75 mm WQFN56 package and uses a 3.3 v supply at only 350 µA max. It operates over −40° to 85°C, and has an differential insertion loss of 1.3 db and differential crosstalk of -32 db at 2.7 GHz. ($1.33 ea/2,000 – available now.)
