The Large Display Solutions series includes the SFDZ, SFDQ and SFDT driver modules. The SFDZ series driver provides 180–mA/string to LED backlights used in LCDs up to 24–in. diagonal with 0 to 5–V onboard and external PWM dimming. The SFDQ Series driver provides 140–mA/string used in LCDs up to 27–in. diagonal, with a maximum string voltage of 70 V. The SFDT Series driver is capable of driving up to 12 discrete LED strings with a typical input voltage of 12 V. (From $30.00 in production qty — available now.)
