Cortex-M4 MCUs have up to 2 Mbytes of flash

The STM32F427 and STM32F437 Cortex-M4 based microcontrollers feature an Adaptive Real-time Accelerator that yields 0-wait state execution from flash. The MCUs operate at up to 168 MHz and have a memory protection unit and 1 or 2 Mbytes of flash with up to 256+4 Kbytes of SRAM.

The chips offer up to 210 DMIPS performance and have DSP instructions, a DMA controller, UART, SPI, I2C ports, and an Ethernet 10/100 MAC with IEEE 1588 v2 support. They have two 12-bit D/A and three 12-bit A/D converters, up to seventeen 16/32-bit timers, and come in LQFP100, LQFP144, LQFP176 and UFBGA176 packages. A Crypto/Hash processor is optional.
