The Mini50 Unsealed wire-to-board connector system is validated to automotive standards. Half as big as traditional connectors, the connectors reduce overall harness weight by allowing users to crimp and process smaller wire gauges compared with 0.64-mm terminal systems.
The system features an independent secondary lock that is part of the housing, which reduces the number of components. PCB headers are released in vertical or right-angle orientations, providing wire-routing and module design flexibility. The high-temperature thermoplastic housing withstands infrared and wave lead-free solder processing at a maximum +260°C.
