The XMC1100, XMC1200, XMC1300 32-bit microcontrollers use a 32-Mhz Cortex-M0 core and have 8 to 200 Kbytes of flash, 16 Kbytes of RAM, and an optional math co-processor.
The MCUs have an AES 128-bit secure loader and a 12-bit A/D converter. They come in TSSOP packages with 16, 28 and 38 pins. A touch control/LED display matrix and a LED brightness control module are also optional. Designers can scale up to the XMC4000 family.
