Built on Cree's SC³ Technology™ Platform, the XB-D LEDs output the same brightness as the industry-leading XLamp XP-E LEDs in the industry's smallest lighting-class packaging at 1W in a 2.45 x 2.45mm footprint. The XB-D LED is 48% smaller than the XLamp XP package and ideal for lighting applications where high lumen density and compact light sources are required. This combination of performance and size enables better color mixing and lower system cost.
