The Model BL6540 BLDC high reliability motor with a life of 20,000 hours or more is considered to be maintenance-free. The 2.88 inch square motor is 5.28 inches long and provides 3.3 lb-in torque with 76% efficiency.
The motor runs from 24 Vdc with an output of 111 W and is rated at 2,888 rpm. Stall torque is 19.06 lb-in at 31.91 A. It is totally enclosed, non-ventilated with many gearbox options and uses standard 120° Hall Effect switches, which yield a ±5% speed regulation. An optical encoder is optional and there are eight other motor sizes available in this series, providing 72 to 320 W out.
