Low power timer gives 0.0043 Hz to 300 kHz

The TS3004 NanoWatt analog timer IC operates over a wide supply voltage range of 1.55 to 5.25 V and can provide 0.0043 Hz to 300 kHz. The chip only needs 1.9 μA at 25 kHz and uses a single resistor to set the base output frequency. Output period is adjustable from 3.3 μs to  233 s.

Available in a 10-pin TDFN-EP package, TS3004 pricing starts at $0.95 in 1k quantities and three other versions are available; the TS3003, TS3005, and TS3006. The chips output period accuracy is 3% with a temperature stability of 0.02 %/ºC. Specifications are over -40° to 85°C.
