RN73H line of ultra-precision chip resistors is now available in a 0402 size. The thin film metal chip resistors feature a temperature range of -55º to 155°C and a tolerance of ±0.1%. Versions are also available with 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0% tolerances.
The 0.063 W (de-rated after 85ºC) devices have a 50 V maximum working voltage and enhanced moisture resistance. They come with TCRs of ±10, ±25, or ±50 ppm/ºC in a resistance range of 10 Ω to 300 kΩ and are AEC-Q200 qualified.
