Very low power 32-bit MCU has USB

The RX111 microcontroller (R5F5111) features the combination of low power, fast wake up, zero wait-state flash, multiple safety functions, and USB 2.0 host I/O. The 32-bit, 30-MHz device yields 49 DMIPS and has a 5-stage pipeline, fast interrupt service, and a multiplication and division unit.

The MCU has 16 to 128 Kbytes of flash and 8 to 16 Kbytes of RAM, with an additional 8 Kbytes of data flash. It takes only 100 µA/MHz and just 350 nA in standby, with a 4.8 µs wake up time. Hardware safety features include a clock accuracy checker, a CRC, an independent WDT, and a RAM test function. The IC costs $1.89 for a 64 Kbyte flash 48-pin device and $2.34 for a 128 Kbyte 64-pin configuration; both ea/1,000.
