TSM9119

The TSM9117–TSM9120 and TSM917 are nanopower comparators in space-saving SC70 and SOT23 packages feature robust input stages and are guaranteed to operate down to +1.6V. These products are electrically and form-factor identical to Maxim’s MAX9117-MAX9120 and MAX917 family of analog comparators. The TSM9117/TSM9118 feature an on-board +1.252V ±1.75% voltage reference and draw an ultra-low supply current of only 600nA. The TSM917 features an on-board 1.245 ±1. 5% voltage reference and draws an ultra-low supply current of only 750nA. The TSM9119/TSM9120 – without an internal voltage reference – require just 350nA of supply current. These features make the TSM9117–TSM9120 and TSM917 family of comparators ideal for all 2-cell battery-monitoring/management applications.

The TSM9117/TSM9119 and TSM917 have a push-pull output stage that sinks and sources current. Large internal-output drivers allow rail-to-rail output swing with loads up to 5mA. The TSM9118/TSM9120 have an open-drain output stage that makes them suitable for mixed-voltage system design. All devices are available in an ultra-small 5-pin SC70 package. The TSM917, TSM9117 and the TSM9120 are also available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
