The Z86C0812PPC/SPC/HPC high temperature masked ROM 8-bit microcontrollers have 2 Kbytes of program ROM and 125 Bytes of RAM. Flash base MCUs will have memory issues as temperatures increase, but the C0812 can operate at a temperature of 150°C for many years without experiencing program memory data retention issues.
The IC operates from 3.5 to 5.5 V and takes 10 ma maximum, 3.6 ma typical, running at 3.5 V and 12 MHz. Standby current is 2.5 ma. The 18- or 20-pin device has two counters and two comparators.
