The CPC2030 350-V solid-state relay comes in a 8-pin narrow SOIC, which is 40% smaller than the popular standard SOIC. The device is a dual 1-Form-A normally open switch and employs optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 1,500-Vrms I/O isolation.

The SSR features 120-mA max load current and 30-Ω max on-resistance, with a low 2-mA input trigger control current. Approvals include UL: File E76270, CSA, EN/IEC 60950-1, and TUV. From $1.12 ea/500, available now.
