Originally offered by Harris Semiconductor and then later by Intersil before being discontinued, the 5041 is a CMOS analog switch that offers low resistance switching performance for analog voltages up to the supply rails and for signal currents up to 80mA. “ON” resistance is low and stays reasonably constant over the full range of operating signal voltage and current. The 5041 provides break-before-make switching and is TTL and CMOS compatible for maximum application versatility. The 5041 is a fully qualified military device.
