4-channel, 14-bit A/D runs at 250 MHz

The ADS4449 4-channel 14-Bit A/D converter features a 250 MHz maximum sample rate and a small 10-mm by 10-mm BGA144 package. The IC uses 365 mW/channel typical and has a 400 mW total standby mode. Spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) is 86 dBc, typical with a 170 MHz input frequency.
