The T18D108M075 wet tantalum capacitor offers an industry-high 1,000 µF at 75 V in the D case size. The capacitors ESR is 0.50 Ω max at 25°C and 120 Hz.
The 0.375 x 1.062-in. D-size device has tin/lead (SnPb) terminations as standard, with 100 % tin available. Operating temperature is -55° to 85°C and tolerance is ±20% or ±10%. Maximum ripple is 3500 ma RMS at 40 kHz.
