Ethernet camera streams 1288 x 964 at 22 FPS

The Blackfly (BFLY-PGE-13S2C-CS) family of cameras are said to be the smallest supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE). The latest Blackfly models are based on color and monochrome versions of the Sony ICX445 EXview HAD CCD and are capable of streaming high quality 1288 x 964 images at 22 FPS over PoE GbE.

The unit measures 29 x 29 x 30 mm and includes temperature, power, and status monitoring, image processing for color interpolation, look up table, and gamma, and a 16 MByte frame buffer for retransmitting images. It takes 2.5 W maximum. The BFLY-PGE-13S2 (1/3-inch 1.3 MP CCD) is priced from $395.
