The s260 mSATA embedded solid-state drives feature reliability, small footprint, and low power draw. The 50 x 30 mm cards have a 6 Gbit/s SATA interface and comply with the JEDEC-defined MO-300A and MO-300B (mSATA mini) standards. The 16 to 200 Gbyte units take less than 1.5 W at 3.3 V.
They come with single-level (SLC) or multi-level (MLC) flash with specified endurance of either 10 drive writes/day for 5-years or 3-years, respectively. Read/write transfer rates are 500/250 Mbytes/s and 500/150 Mbytes/s. The drives operate over -40° to 85°C or 0° to 70°C.
