Microcontroller uses Cortex M0 core

The M058S Cortex-M0 based 32-bit microcontroller operates at up to 50 MHz from a 2.5 to 5.5 V supply at 40° to 85°C. It has 32 Kbytes of program flash, 4 Kbytes of data flash, and 4 Kbytes of RAM, a hardware multiplier, a 22.1184 MHz oscillator, five timers, and two PWM generators.

The MCU offers QFN33, LQFP48, and LQFP64 packages and has UART, SPI, and I2C interfaces, a 8-channel 760 Ks/s 12-bit SAR A/D converter, and a 96-bit unique ID.  A development kit (NuTiny-SDK-M058S) is available.
