Rochester’s expanded environmentally controlled facilities increase warehousing space from 170,000 square feet to nearly 250,000 square feet, including more than 7,800 cubic feet for bonded, secure inventory.

The new warehouse enables Rochester to significantly increase what is already the world’s largest inventory of finished semiconductor devices in order to continue supporting customers through Extension-of-Life solutions. These customized continued source programs create an economically viable plan for a customer’s last-time buy investment during an end-of-life event, and eliminate extra costs associated with proper handling and secure storage. The last-time buy inventory eliminates the necessity for high-cost system re-design, an expensive and lengthy process that forces the re-allocation of engineering resources to re-design, re-test, and re-qualify a system.
