Ceramic capacitors are automotive grade

The CGA3EA series of automotive grade multi-layer SMT ceramic capacitors meet ESD immunity requirements according to the IEC 61000-4-2 standard. They come in 1.6 × 0.8 mm packages and offer capacitances from 1 nF to 10 nF at a rated voltage of 100 V.

The MLCCs come with C0G rating with a temperature range of -55° to +125°C and a temperature coefficient of 0 ±30 ppm/°C max., or NP0 rating over 55° to +150°C and the same temperature coefficient. Contact sales office.
