Op-amps take just 850 nA at 3.3 V

The TSU101, TSU102, and TSU104 are single, dual, and quad versions of a nano-power op-amp that draws less current than the typical self-discharge current of a lithium-ion battery. Maximum current over the -40º to 85ºC operating range is 800 nA at 1.8 V or 850 nA at 3.3 V, and typical current consumption is only 580 nA at 25°C and 1.8 V.

The amps have a 3 mv maximum offset voltage, and an 8 KHz gain-bandwidth product that works well for sensor interface and many other applications. Input bias current is just 5 pA max at 25ºC, supply voltage is 1.5 to 5.5 V, and large signal voltage gain is 95 dB min. From $0.50 ea/1,000.
