The extended HGMM ac/dc front-end series now offers a 150-W half-brick module. The 35-, 150- and 350-W PFC modules comply with the latest versions of the DO-160E, ABD100, AMD-24, or MIL-STD-704F standards.
The high-rel power modules have low individual current harmonic (ICH) requirements and the three modules are available for 115-Vac single phase and 360- to 800-Hz frequency range with efficiencies as high as 93%. A version with frequency range from 47 to 440 Hz at 85 to 265 Vac also is available. The 35-W version has 1,500-V isolation and two independent 17-V outputs in a standard 2 x3-in. package. The 150- and 350-W modules are non-isolated half-bricks with 375-V output to be paired with isolated dc/dc modules. The units also feature active inrush current limitation, output over-load protection and short-circuit protection.
