Since 2010, FINsix has created compact and powerfully advanced power conversion products and electronic systems. Most recently, this company created the tiniest laptop adapter ever. The 65W charger is 4x smaller and 6x lighter than your average charger. With a built-in 2.1A USB port, it replaces phone, tablet, and laptop chargers. The device has the capability of charging laptops and 10W gadgets simultaneously. The wall plug form eliminates the cumbersome brick-like AC cable, and it only occupies one socket when plugged into an outlet. The adapter is compatible with practically all laptop brands, and is a great portable tool when travelling.

The adapter uses Very High Frequency (VHF) power conversion technology that switches its frequencies between 30MHz and 300MHz. This switching is 1,000x faster than typical power conversion.

FINsix’s adapter has been selected as a 2014 CES Innovations Design and Engineering Award honoree in the category of Portable Power. In fact, FINsix will present its adapter at CES 2014. This is one of the many awesome products to look forward to in 2014.

FINsix is also in the process of developing an LED Driver that will reduce energy consumption by 5x. The LED Driver will differentiate itself from incandescent lamps because they use direct current (DC) as a power converter that provides control to the current and how brightly it shines.
